REFUND POLICY

The information provided in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is for general guidance regarding our catering services. By booking an event with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time, and any changes will apply to future bookings only.

We understand that plans can change. Because our team invests significant time, ingredients, and preparation into every event, the following refund policy applies to all catering orders:

Cancellations

More than 14 days before the event: Full refund of any payments made.

7–14 days before the event: 50% refund, as ingredients and labor planning have already begun.

Less than 7 days before the event: Payments are non‑refundable. At this stage, food purchasing and staffing are already committed.

Order Changes

Menu or guest‑count changes must be requested at least 7 days before the event. Changes requested after this window may not be possible or may incur additional charges.
